I know there is another post about this.. but I feel it needs to be put back out there again because it's cost us money to have this little side quest and extra character and I can't even get it..

I'm in act 2. Installed Excile Prince.... went on game.. approached the Chanter's Board... saw the Cut Scene... and then cannot Target the Chanter's Board.

When will this be fixed.. or when will we be getting a refund..

Absolute BS.
