Just did ship captains... dunno if it was fluke, but i stone fisted the one as the start fighted, then ran to the opposite end of the docks and only 1 captain was there - easy mode

Yeah you don't even need to Stone Fist, just run and you (usually) only pull 1 of them.

I'm probably going to do a solo nightmare run later (not sure which class) but I think the most fun is the no-cheese playthrough. No kiting, no taking advantage of AI quirks based around geography, etc. Stand up fights. It makes things very interesting even with a full party.

What a night, down Sinestra 1st attempt, getting my Shard of Woe finally. And I get Ancient Rock Wraith down in 15 minutes solo, loving it.

I also only used like 3 or 4 pots the entire fight, all HP pots for when I derped it up. I spent like 18g on pots because I thought it was gonna be a much longer/harder fight, zzzzzzzzz. Oh well.

Spirit.

Stack attack and magic, your spirit staff(using the one I got from finding Sandal) is hitting him for 100-200(crits I guess). You need 0 con for this fight, and just enough willpower for gear.

Grab the elemental Mage Armor upgrade and you can lose some elec resist from gear in favor of +attack. You'll still hit 100% elec resist and you're literally immune to the little profanes, and the boss is literally hitting you for 1 damage with his elec attacks in phase 1/3/4(don't think he uses any elec attacks in phase 2).

I might try it without at first just to save respec costs. Maybe that 1 gold will come usefull later on! Im 2 force, 2 arcane for stunblast, and 8 spirit atm. Was going to take heal after orge.

Yeah you should be fine as long as you're stacking elec resist, 98% seems good.

This dragon fight is boring as hell, even with an ice staff.

Seems I might have a permanent respec pot bug. Just leveled and lost stats. Really hope I don't have to start a new char. Have to resolo dragon.. again...

Yeah it's the Mature Dragon all over again, real boring. I don't know if it's just me, but his attack animations seem quicker than Mature Dragon's.

Might be. I just respecced again at the kill 2 ships capts quest. At least I know I can do 1 at a time. Can you get the +2 gold bonus (hear convo) and pull one?

Going to redo it all tomorrow morning again. *cry*
More chances to walking orge bomb dragon though. Still can't get it to hit after 5 attempts.

Edit: Video at 25% on WMM, then after that's done I have to split them(17 minute video showing my build and stuff, which takes up like 3 minutes, 15min video limit fuuuu youtube) and it's going up on youtube asap.

Yeah, just stand at the top of the ramp until the convo is almost over, then go to the top of the stairs and you'll get aggro, Just run away quickly and you'll pull 1 capt with maybe an add or 2.

I tried hitting Walking Bomb on ARW but it didn't work, the profane was right on top of him too. Oh well.

Seems the bug is unavoidable. =/ Maybe keeping a save when you are level 1 at the bottom of your saves will work. That requires a new char though.

Congrats! 

I'm not sure what I want to do with the rune yet, since I kind of want to save it for that act 3 2(or is it 3?) rune slot staff, and sink the attack speed rune into it as well.

It sadly doesn't show how much % it adds. I'm hoping it is at least 2 though. Haven't been chain knocking back but its still very nice to have. It should have a better effect on one of those staffs.
