Last year I bought several items through Bioware and was credited for it. It was on my page where you go tyo check and see what you have available for download.

Here, about two months ago I go to see what I had again because I was going to start playing again (I couldn't before due to Real Life issues which everyone has) and found that hald of my stuff is missing, and I was not credited for payoing for it. I lost all that money for Golems for both Origins and Awakenings, Darkspawn Chronicals, All the jewelry I got on a promotional which did include a memory band, (One character still has it, but the rest are missing them). So what do I do? Just say oh well, I lost all the money for sometthing I never played except a few things for just a bit, or what?

I'm stumped...?
