Companion Poll
I'm not that far into the game, although I've done several quests, I tend to take at least one companion at all times and a full party when I know there will be a fight. I think as I go on I'll start it switch around more. Although, I do like having companions with me as there is a lot more cross chatter in this game and companion banter triggers than in DA:O

Yes there is more but it seems to be because you are constantly hitting the same hot spots that start it up.

I usually take a full party. Sometimes certain party members have their own unique take on certain situations so I try to get as much from it as I can. Also the banter can be fun to listen to at times.
It always seems like you need the full party during battles anyways.
