Does anyone know the Ref for Merathari's Staff?  The glaive looking one.

I'm not sure if it's the exact same one but it's close. The stats were too weak for me though. There are forums that tell you how to improve weapons and armors if you need them. gen_im_trs_slv_sta_ele_r2. Enjoy!
