Supposedly the Black Emporium is supposed to sell:

Tome of Technique
Greater Tome of the Vessel

But the only things I can find are:

Greater Elixir of the Mortal Vessel
Elixer of Arcane Technique
Elixer of Physical Technique

Am I just looking in the wrong place? Am I crazy? zzz.

Edit: This is according to the official guide.

Did some research...apparently these two tomes only show up if you missed buying them from regular vendors in previous acts...
