what happens if you kill flemeth in origins?

i completed dao but dont have the savegame anymore. i was doing a quest with morrigan to kill flemeth. what happens in da2 when you kill her in origins?

She doesn't die, the amulet she gives you holds an essence of her (spirit?) which allows her to be resurrected. She probably let your Warden win.

If you play Witch Hunt they add a question mark to her codex saying she may not really be gone.

An horcrux is an object where an evil mage stored a part of his/her soul, thus becoming immortal.
That does beg the question, however, Was the amulet an one time only "horcrux" or do we have to destroy it if we want to truly kill Flemeth?

I'm sure she can find some other random jewellery to repeat the process with.
