Bring Down the Sky vs Shadow Broker... They're not really on the same level. U know?
Still, they did with DA as well, if you didn't have the DLCs or hadn't completed them, then you either lost some content, that wasn't game changing or the decisions were made for you already.

But again, those same things could've been done some other group, like if they don't introduce Kaidan/Ashley in the DLC, as squad mates, then they could just have them lead some own special team to do the DLC missions, that Shepard may not do.

Either way, no reason to ''punish'' those who don't pay.

because it happened regardless of weather or not you played through it and I'll bet that Arrival will be the same. In short, by the time you're playing ME3 Liara will have her new job and whatever happened in Arrival will have happened regardless of weather you actually played through those DLC packs.

But you take an active role in it. You're not an observer.  Those things happen as a direct consequences of your actions.

I realize that but what I'm saying is I believe the consequences of LOTSB and Arrival will be reflected in ME3 regardless of weather or not you download and play through them or not.  This will be easy to do because there were no choices to be made in LOTSB and I'm assuming the Arrival will be the same, maybe I'm wrong but I doubt it.

That's a little .....lame. So Shepard gets a hit in the head by a debris at the beginning and they remind him what he did few weeks/months ago?

Think of it this way, story DLC like that is no differnt than the main games themselves. Not playing them before ME3 is like not playing ME1 before ME2. The events of ME1 happened to the new Shep you create in ME2 regardless of the fact you never played it. Before the option of the interactive comic came about with the PS3 version, all ME1 decisoons were made for you by default. Its like if you didnt buy and play ME1, you didnt get the perks of doing such, DLC should be no different. i get that many will have ME1 and 2 complete and will be able to import that Shep into ME3 regardless of DLC, but the event in DLC like Overlord and Lair of the Shadow Broker had to happen, even if you didnt play it. Any choices made would be assumed, but seriously none of them felt very major. I dont know about Arrival though, with it's "ultimate sacrifice."

Im wondering since i bought me1 and me2 for pc. Now i need to spend another 40$ just to buy all dlc on pc. So my question is will it be like da2 where dlc choices add something or just main save of game?

Ok if you are worried about that then rather not buy the DLC , only pick those you find fun .
Like kasumi (for additional casual clothing ) weapons (those won´t be used anyway )
Or if all those fluff doesn´t worry you , then just skip it all .

Truth is beter said , did you enjoy ME 2 , if so then spending out money on DLC in your own time instead of buying them all at once .
Is a beter way to show appreciation for the product .
Look I bought all but appreance packs , cause I really loved the product .
And didn´t had much problems installing them , unlike DA:O .
So the money spent I consider well worth it .
That´s just my opnion .

You act like the DLC isn't worth the money in its own right. LOTSB and Overlord are well worth $15.

Kasumi...eh? Depends on how many times you plan to play the game. If you plan to play it a few tines like I have, then Kasumi is worth it.

Jury isn't even in yet on Arrival.

Overlord sucked.  LotSB was the best one.

Umm, how is he going to know which ones he will find fun before he plays them?!  In order to play them he will have to buy them!
