  i cant go on with this quest because there's a body that can not be looted , it glitters but i cant get the loot , and there's a locked door and i cannot open..  what is the solution

I have encountered the exact same problem I don't know if the latest patch fixes this, I'm hoping for answers

Almost no one visits here any more. Neither the OP nor yourself were willing to take your blindfolds off and look around; he /she had plenty of potential help a year ago, had he/she written a standard problem report. But a year later, you should have left the thread buried, where it belonged, and done a better job of opening your eyes in the forum.
