well...I'm missing a lyrium and I have no idea how since I followed multiple guides on the resources. There are successful cases where people just buy their missing ingredients and their Supplier achievement/trophy were able to unlock, so I figured I should give it a shot. Unfortunately, no resources are there for me in the Black Emporium. I heard it only shows up if you missed it in the previous act, is that true? Or did I hit a glitch? I'm in act 3 so unless there are some extra lurking somewhere...I believe I'm screwed...

Looks like I hit a glitch since it's not gonna show me anything from Act 3 and there's only 1 in Act 3. I double checked. BE doesn't have any so...glitched. Mods, hope that you'll look into this matter since I know there are other known isues about BE, where it's registering "how many resources you have" versus how many numbers of resources you have per resources

Yeah the Black Emporium only stocks it if you missed it in a previous act. If it isn't there you will likely have missed the one in Sundermount Cavern in act 3 for an exhaustive guide go to http://www.trueachie...achievement.htm as that tells you exactly where to find it.

The only glitches I know of is a missing Spindleweed in Act 2 (not 100% of the time) and that buying a resource does not always trigger the achievement.

I've already gotten that one. It's the one that's pretty close to the entrance that's the only one that's in Act 3. sigh
