I recently beat the game and found it odd that in the gallow prison before the final battle against Orsino and Meredith I was able to kiss/have a romantic talk with both Isabela and Merrill (they were standing next to each other also lol). All the way up to act 3 I only romanced Isabela and completed all her romance related dialogue, and then near the end of the act 3 after completing Merrill's quest I romanced her and allowed her to move in. I'm guessing it was this order of events that caused this bug. Also in the epilogue it said my protagonist went away with Isabela. Anybody else experience this bug?

I did the same thing, except triggered Merrill's in Act 2 after getting it on for Merrill.
But I didn't encounter the bug. Isabela let Hawke go. But was that because I didn't bring feeligs into the relationship?
I asked Isabela "What, that was it?". and she asks "Are you going to brig feelings into this?"
To which, I replied "No, of course not."
Does that end the romance with Isabela?

Yea I think that choice might of ended your romance with Isabela.
