Is it like the spell lifeward? When an ally falls low on health, they get refilled again? Cuz it's not working, lol. As far as I can tell, it does jack squat. Is it glitched?
How does Lifeward potion work?

According to the in-game description, they're basically auto-revive potions. Origins lifeward would activate on low health, whereas DA2 lifeward potions should activate when you have zero health (you should get healed up to 40%, but still get an injury). Is this not what you're seeing?

My party members and Hawke still die when they've taken a lifeward potion. Is there a really short time limit on it? And mean short as in 30 seconds long, lol.

Lifeward Potions last 20 minutes and instantly revive and heal you for 40%. The description says you still get an injury, but you don't (or if you do, it's instantly removed as well). You might not even notice you died because the death animation doesn't play.
What I don't know is if a "death" while using a Lifeward Potion messes up the "Unstoppable" achievement or not.
EDIT: Watch at 2:09 in this video to see one in action. I drop to 0% HP and quickly heal to 40% (and then nearly die anyways from followup AoE, lol).

I was watching pretty close, health didn't go back up at all.

Alright, here's the couple seconds where it activates in slow-motion.
It clearly activates, right before I'm hit by her AoE and dropped back down to low HP.

Aww, you didn't have to go that trouble. I meant it didn't activate for ME - and I was watching it. Could be a glitch on the 360 cuz it looks like you are playing on the pc. I wish mine could handle DA but it cannot.

Ah, thought you ment in the video, heh. It might be a 360 thing, because I am on the PC as you guessed.
And it really wasn't much trouble. Took like 20 seconds to encode. XD

These don't seem to work for me either and I'm also on the 360. Might do some actual testing of them soon.

Funny thing is, I'm not entirely sure what did so much damage to me there. I think I was too close to Aveline and got hit by both her attacks and the bosses for that big spike. ><

Lol, that happens to me alot too. I'll be all wtf even hit me? And I haven't gone above hard yet so it's not even FF. If it didn't kill me I get all paranoid that it was an enemy rogue and start running trying to find it, lol. Where are you, you sneaky stealthy little bastard?! lol
