I'm a little confused with how this works.  In the description it says:

Enemy damage resistance: 90% vs. warrior's basic attacks
Enemy damage resistance: 50% vs. warrior's critical hits

Does that mean that the enemy's damage resistance is subtracted by 90% or am i interpreting that wrong?

I'm pretty sure it means that's what it's reduced to. So vs. normal hits enemies only have 90% of their usual resistance, which is a 10% damage increase for you i believe.

I thought about this one to and I thought usually enemies will have 100% damage resistance as a default and so this skill is setting it to 90%. Otherwise nothing would stand a chance if it was reduced by 90% haha
