Fenris Romance Issues

I am in act II and I have completed 1) his gift 2) initial act ii dialogue 3) questioning beliefs dialogue 4) personal quest and his friendship is at 100% or very close.
*spoilers*
I have flirted with him in the past in every available opportunity. Yet I am after his quest and I have chosen multiple dialogue options and I don't get the option to further the romance. I have restarted this scene several times so far! HELP!!!
I only get one flirt option and that is in the first conversation wheel. I have looked on youtube and where the next flirt icon is to appear it is absent in mine. I think it is the third conversation wheel where your options are:
[] its not a burden
[] what about your family
[] maybe you should go
[] don't go **missing flirt icon**
Please tell me what I did wrong or how to fix it! Do I need to redo his quest? I have flirted with others in the past, Act I, but only once per person (Anders and Isabela).

Because after that scene plays out, he leaves. It happens no matter what option you choose.
And even if you don't use the "don't go" option, he will eventually return to the estate to talk to you. Just go and do a few more quests and come back to the estate (at night, mind you), and that should trigger it.

Did you get the "talk to me" at his mansion where's he's drunk and drinking the last bottle of wine yet? You have to do that before you can get sexy time and you have to hit on him pretty hard in that sequence, lol. He'll be like ohhhh... niceee... not tonight though. But as soon as you go home at night, he should be waiting for you.
Actually, I don't think you neccessarily have to flirt with him heavily in that scene. In my first playthrough, I didn't , and it still had sexy time.
As far as I can tell, you have to have completed his quest with Hadriana. That's what usually triggers the romance scene.

No romance scene. I believe the conversation wheel I mentioned above it supposed to have a flirt line (last option) and I don't get it at all. We are still in the foyer talking and not matter what options I choose he walks out later. By my own tally I should have at least 80 friendship on him. I might have more.

I did do this conversation. I believe it was the "questioning beleifs" quest. I didn't get any points for that conversation. I do remember flirting with him whenever I received the option to.
Do I get another chance at this during this act or can I do anything in act 3? Or is it over?

I had to for my Freindship!Mance dw rogue. I was tripping out when I didn't get the heart icon to make him stay after Hadriana when I found him at my house but then I visited him at his mansion, had the wine scene, went home and then we had sexy time. It starts out a tad different cuz there's not all the dialogue again that you get from after the hadrianna stuff but the the actual woohoo'n is about the same.

Keep going back to your house at night. It might just not have triggered yet. This is assuming that you haven't bumped uglies with Merril or Anders and invited them to move in of course, it won't trigger at all then. I think Isabella's alright though cuz she'll run off like Fenris does.

If not I have it saved before the wine bottle conversation and one before the Hadrina quest begins. If I must I can go back and redo those, but I really, really, REALLY would like to avoid it if there is another option!

Kidding, kidding. No need to pounce on me to protect the adorably grumpy puppy eye'd elf.
That does suck though, I have no idea why it won't initiate for you.
