Not sure if this really can be counted as a bug, but I have noticed a few times that certain npcs will have 'conversations' even though they're nowhere near each other.
An example :
A guard in the keep tells a man to stop kicking the wall, this guard is walking around in the barracks and is nowhere near the man. The man was out in the main hall and responds to the guard by calling him a peasant, etc.
