I have imported a saved game where it clearly stated that Architect was dead. But once you encounter Natahinel in deep roads he mentions that architect is alive. Anyone else having this issue?
Also when you meet Leiliana and Isabela is in party there is like graphics glitch which I am not sure what it is supposed to be. This happens if the imported save you had slept with Isabela and Leiliana together.
Anyone else having this issue?

I've heard about the Architect bug before. I didn't encounter it because the Architect was alive in my save though.
A for the Leliana/Isabela meeting, I had made a save right before you meet her and just checked. Didn't see any graphic glitching. I didn't have Isabela when I met her the first time, so thanks for pointing that out, was fun to see Leliana react to Isabela's teasing (female warden married to Alistar with a hardened Leliana still staying ftw
).

A lot of it has to do with an import bug. It doesn't set all the appropriate flags from your save as someone else discovered in another thread.
