Pfft. On hard. Cakewalk. Even easier the second time when I actually managed to buy Cold Blooded. I felt sort of bad for him, but the fight went quicker. Gravitic Ring is your friend, though the Arishok can still charge out of it at normal speed. Both ice spells have a chance to freeze him, and do decent damage. Ice staff autoattack is nice too. Other than throwing Firestorm down on his ass once it's locked down (which he usually ends up charging out of anyway) that's more or less it. Dog is useless. One, maybe two health pots were all I needed, and even that was only because I got careless.
