Does anyone else find it a drag to go through the gallows in the end. I
mean with the ending of dragon age origins it felt like you actually did
something useful. When you side with the mages, You first fight
templars which is cool but then Orsino uses blood magic, which makes no sense btw and you need to kill him. It is a prolonged battle that really isn't fun, just annoying as it just throws enemy units around just to keep you busy.

and THAT is the tone of the final part of the game. You then run though every room just fighting randomly thrown enemies at you which really feels repetative and if it feels as if they are there just to keep you busy. Especially the 2 pride demons at the end.

Not to mention when you actually fight Meredith, it is basially the same fight as Orsino where enemies are thrown at you just to keep you busy.

Not at all like the dragon age origins battle where atleast you where doing something productive, like the use of those crossbows or saving the town

anyone else felt the same way?

I wish I could pretend that Dragon Age 2 never happened...
Its basically a linear game from point A to point B, there is absolutely no point in trying to play it over again to do something different.
