Pretty much just what I asked.
Is the CC that BW released the same one in the game?
Is it the full in game CC?

I'm pretty sure they just literally removed the CC from the game and fixed it to work on it's own, so yes, it more than likely is the same one.

There's no doubt in my mind that the character creator, with extremely few differences, is the full character creator ripped straight from the game.

With the exception of the in game music I think the one we got is the full version.



Also, here's to hoping that they changed minor bugs like the portrait re-setting itself every time you want to modify your character.

Also, you're supposedly supposed to place talent or skill points on creation, in addition to the skills/talents granted by your origin & class.

If the CC is the same in the game, I wonder if we can use it once the game started (to add a tattoo for example).

The 'Voice' section seemed a bit buggy as well. Animations for certain ones not firing, or playing the wrong voice occasionally. Also, when you put on a Beard option, there's a couple features on the Jaw/Cheeks that drop to the drastic end of things immediately, making portions of the beard seem to 'float' separate from the face.
