I was led to beleave that you could romance people that npc. but i have not come across anyone i can have a romance with(sex dont count lust and love are two different things  just romance the prince from the dlc and you will see what i mean) 

Why would they say somthing that aint even in the game. and some one once said it would cot to much money that  dont understand. how would it cost to much money to beable to romance a npc.  why dose everyone you romance in the city have to be fighters ?
