 Wasn't there supposed to be some 'exclusive Mass Effect 3 info' due to be unveiled this weekend - EA seemed to make a fuss about it and all the gaming websites seemed to think there would be an unveiling on Friday. So have I missed something or did EA simply forget?

Yes, it was reported that exclusive ME3 info would be shared at the expo. I've found articles date during the expo, but they're in Slovak so I cannot read them.

These are just official reports, nothing specific. And according to program, conferention about ME 3 started few minutes ago. So if there is something, it will be presented now. But I doubt it, it looks like just "what if.." conference and nothing official, nothing we dont know already...but we will see.

I ran both articles through google translator and both didn't mention anything about Bioware or ME3. in fact the only short references to videogames given were about Kinect and move. The rest was about tabletop RPGs, cosplaying, Anime and so on.

Not so sure anything ME3 related will come out of this

I've seen serveral websites claim that EA will be revealing info about ME3 at this expo. Now whether they're legitimate or not is another story. Link goes to one such article:

Kinda weird that this info is getting revealed in Slovakia. But I'll be positive and hope EA/news sites are not trolling.

EA released a statement a few days back saying the reports of ME3 info were "misinterpreted". Don't expect much.

I was thinking the same. Just found the original thread. The schedule he posted says we should hear something about Mass Effect 3 at 2:00pm local time. I just had a look at the local time of Bratislava and we should of heard something by now either that or the event still going on as we speak. Im pretty sure it will be a rehash of existing information. Especially since EA released a statement saying that the original text claiming that there would be "exclusive info" was false.
