I read in a different post there are books to teach you other skill, like being able to teach Morgann to be a healer, is there any truth to this, if so where and what are they?

no truth, there are skill books in the game which allow you to spend an additional skill point



and there are specializations which allow your characters to learn an additional specialization at 14
