No, it is offensive. The entire entropy line is offensive.
Basically you can cast any buff and all the creation tree with healing aura active. I think you can also cast the force mage spells that don't do damage, but I've not tried that. And not the telekinetic burst, I think.

Any spell that does damage cannot be cast while Healing Aura is cast. You should be able to cast everything from the Entropy tree except an upgraded Horror or an upgraded Entropic Cloud.
The description is a bit misleading. You cannot cast damaging spells in Healing Aura.

Not true, unfortunately
No entropy spells are castable while healing aura is active.
