 @SilentK, *hugs* I know it won't comfort anyone, but if BioWare decide to change a character, they will, and nothing will stop them.  Because they own the universe. 

Now, back to DA2. I seriously don't get why Hawke said "It sounds like you support this" after he told Cullen about the Tranquil solution. To me it seemed like Cullen was in "Avina mod" and was simply giving some info without making any judgements. The video.

(btw, every time Anders is trying to interrupt, I want to shout at him: "Shut up and let the man TALK!")

Heh heh, good point. But then he's been lucky so far in the game transition, already experiencing the opposite trend --  from a bit crazy to saner and hotter. So, maybe, hopefully, the trend will continue!

But, given all the arguments that can be made about how he's still a zealot in DA2 (like in Galagraphia's video above), it seems that he still has a lot of room for growth which could be interesting terrain to explore in future stories. Hopefully not requiring virgin blood! eek!

@Gala - I agree, that it doesn't seem to me that Cullen does support the tranquil solution, so Hawke is jumping to very pro-mage conclusions there (esp since the chosen option was actually "Do you support this?" -- I wonder if that's the aggressive interpretation). Cullen sort of seems to give Hawke the "you're a dumb@ss" look when he more diplomatically says "but as you can see, it has gone no farther than that."  Although his remark about how there are arguments for using tranquility more widely could be open to interpretation, I suppose. But he doesn't say he necessarily agrees with those arguments.

Hmm.... as I see it, Cullen thinks they are quite liberal and he wouldn't support the tranquil solution. But yes, that last remark that it could be used more widely, hmmm.... I guess I would just like to sit down and tolk to him about how he feels about it. Maybe a glas of wine, you know that it's nice to sit and talk with friends over dinner. "Ohh Cullen, your glas is almost empty, let me help you with that"..... maybe a glas of wine would help to lose his tongue a bit, and other things... =)

Noooooo! No virgin Cullen! *sobs* Even BioWare wouldn't be so cruel. The chaste romance thing sucks balls (which is why I never bothered with Sebastian).

1.  Right click "save as" to your local drive
2.  Host the picture with photobucket or similar on the web
3.  In "Profile" - "Forum settings" add the img using [ img] tags (without the space) so, similar to [ img]http://webaddress.com/picname.png[ /img].  I like photobucket because it gives you the tags to copy.  No need to write them.

Cullen I really want to join up with Hawke in the inevitable expansequel, regardless of how you ended DA2 (dialogue will change, of course). As for him being an LI, I wouldn't be opposed to it per se, but I'd prefer him to get together with Bethany or Merrill...

And that's why DA3 will be the first game i will ever play that wont have any char saving the world coz there's no way Cullen will still be a virgin at the end

Cullen and Behany together is...no, just -- no. You can't have two nice people together is a relationship. It's boring to read/watch/play. Somebody has to be responsible to bring the drama.

Cullen has no virgin templar blood left, anyway. When he went a little crazy after the circle FUBAR, he did damage at a prostitute house to release all that pent-up aggression. That's the story in my head, and I'm sticking to it. Every person has to have one or two skeletons in their closet.

(And, as if I needed more templar fantasies, someone prompted Keran/F!Hawke on the kink meme, so now I'm writing that pair too. It's the bare chest, I swear!)
