SO wish they would do this. I've wanted to be able to romance Cullen since DAO, but when you get to know more about him in DA2, I would have traded all of the guys for him.

I was actually hoping Sebastian would have more of a Cullen type personality. Hrm. Perhaps that's why I was SO disappointed in Sebastian. Cullen is a good guy that wants to do the right thing, but isn't willing to sacrifice someone who might be innocent, even *after* he's been through the Ferelden Tower incident.

And it doesn't hurt that he's serious eye candy.

So would I. Just imagine the uber-angst potential of romacing Cullen if you're a mage, because he follows the rules. What would he do? Turn his lover in, or would he be tempted to turn a blind eye? There are so many terrible and wonderful possibilities to explore.

I have imagined it...over and over and over and ov...you get the point. Truth is, I think that it would be such an explosive romance that we'd never go back to anyone else. lol. Anders? Who is that?! (just when you thought he'd cornered the market on explosions. -snort-)

You know me, Bekkael...I'm all about some mage/Templar lovin'. I find the idea incredibly intriguing, and despite Cullen's past freak outs I think that he'd totally get into some free spirited mage/ disciplinary templar business. heh.  Of course, what I WANT to see and what will actually happen...well...you know how that goes.

 I've found a mod on nexus. It makes Anders look like Cullen.

It's glorious! It will weird you at first, but I solve the issue by also getting the sunnies gear mod so I can buy him some templar armor and such AND the mod that allows you to dress your party. Cullen in mage robes sort of makes my eyeball twitch. Not much you can do with the staff issue...but there is a staff in the sunnies mod that is made to look like a spear. I handle that a bit better than having say...Malcolms Honor strapped to his back. haha.

Hearing Anders while you're seeing Cullen is a bit wonky as well. In the end though, it's all worth it. Especially when you meet the ACTUAL Cullen for the first time. TIME STANDS STILL.

I edited my save and replaced Anders' body model with:
12000 - shirtless dude
1032 - templar Carver (I don't know the code for Cullen)

 Ok, I agree, swapping makes me happy. Especially because DAII!Anders face looks fat and square after playing Awakening where he was 200% awesome + 100% bonus from Ser Pounce-a-lot. 

And for those who love Cullen&Hawke, there's a comic on dA.

(I think I will continue mine after I finish Awakening. Just can't stop, I love it too much )

@Gala - You are made of awesomeness - thanks for posting that. I had run across some tips previously, but nothing so straightforward (which finally overcame my fear factor of messing with my game, and showed me it was super easy!)  For grins, there's a guide that has pics of most of the body models here.

Ah, this is just too addictive. Funny seeing the different emotional tenors of the characters. Compare Cullen as Fenris, and then Anders. Hmmm...emotionally closed off vs. heart on sleeve?

@Galagraphia - The Cullen as Fenris scene was awesome...until after sexytime, they automatically change the body model to the Fenris with red scarf one. So, Cullen head on tiiiiny little elf body. So bizarre it kinda ruins the mood. Dunno how to fix that...
