He tilted his head in confusion. "What kind of easy access are you..." His voice trailed off at the same time his eyes widened. He cleared his throat, just managing to suppress a blush and Hawke snickered, pressing close.

"You know," she murmured in a seductive voice, "I'm all in favor of a demonstration, Knight-Captain, if you felt so inclined."

He surprised her with a slow smile and a raised brow. "As my lady wishes. I think I know just the dark corner to suit our purposes."

Hawke had never enjoyed a visit to the Gallows more.

Gah, you guys slay me!! Manskirts for everyone!! Indeed so much more practical. My silly logical mind is constantly trying to imagine how fast it *really* takes to get all that metal off for some of these trysts... and, can they really get all those buckles by themselves?  Hmmm... manskirts +  "it-takes-two-to-remove" buckles = Templars are the lovin' machines

It's no wonder why Anders hates them so much. All the smexy mage girls were always hitting on the templars. Maybe that's why he adopted the earring...distract them with the old  "oooh shiny!" tactic.

Strong fingers slid the brush from her hands, gently working at the knot until her hair lay in smooth waves. She sighed in pleasure, meeting Cullen's gaze in the mirror of her vanity.

"Thanks, love. I was ready to reach for a dagger. You're surprisingly good at that."

He set the brush aside and ran his fingers through her hair, fingernails scratching against her scalp with a musing smile on his face.

"I used to watch over the apprentices in the Ferelden circle. There was a great deal of brushing and grooming among the girls. I might have picked up a technique or two from observation."

She stood, moving into his welcoming embrace. "You stood around and watched a bunch of girls brushing their hair? Pardon me if that strikes me as a little creepy."

He chuckled, nuzzling against her ear. "I told you Templars specialize in creepy, didn't I?" He angled his head, brushing his lips against hers. "But this is the first time I've ever wanted to brush a ladies hair."

Marian smiled against his lips. "A Templar who loves a mage. I would say that makes you flatout crazy."

He raised his head, green eyes sparkling with humor. "All my crazy is for you, Marian, just like my heart."

She smiled, biting her lip. "I think I'm prepared to live with that."

Hehe, yeah that might be a bit awkward since I basically write pr0ns LOL. My man likes to read what I write, but I prefer to keep it somewhat seperate from my real life. Not everyone is open-minded, ya know?

I actually find hair brushing to be romantic - which is why I found it so hilarious when Jack Donaghy was obsessed with the idea on 30 Rock. I actually never found Cullen all that interesting (except for the fact that he has the same VA as DA:A Anders,) but the hair-brushing thing actually makes him more intriguing.

Heh, kind of a Cullen conglomeration really, although a modified version just might make an appearance. I have pushed through the writing block though (thanks to you guys!) so I hope to be able to update fic soonish.

Glad hairbrushing has become slightly less creepy.
