So I know about the bug if you save after you ReSpec, you get additional talents when you load the game -- but I just checked the Wiki because for some reason all my items are showing that they're 0 to 1 stars so I figured that might be a bug ..
Then I read this on the Wiki:
"Additionally, Maker's Sigh triggers a glitch that reverts any positive, passive bonuses (provided by currently equipped gear or from skills) into a permanent negative modifier. For example, using Maker's Sigh after taking the Shadow specialization (for Rogues) and unlocking Pinpoint Strikes will give Hawke -25% critical damage permanently."
Is this for real?

Wow... I hope not. I haven't noticed anything like that, but I also don't think I had the Isabella bug. Are the bugs different from PC to consoles? The only Maker's sigh bug I had were random extra spells. So basically we should unequip all gear, clear all tactics, repec, then put all gear back on, and turn on the tactics? Good times... good times...

UGH, I hope that isn't true......but if it is, I'm pretty much boned on my Force mage. -100 permanent Fortitude penalty? Great, just great....

I have a hard time believing that, or there's some rare circumstance where that can occur. I respecced my Rogue 4-5 times towards the end of the playthrough, each time dropping and picking up Pinpoint Strikes, and I was still sitting at 250% Crit Damage on my Character sheet and hitting 20k+ Assassinates.

Yeah, it must be situational if it exists at all.
I just tested with the +100 fortitude talent and it worked fine post-respec.

The glitch only happens if you save then reload immediately after respeccing as that's also how you get the free talents. Sadly, I experimented with this while having the Pyromancer passive upgrade on my mage and it dropped my fire damage by 25% every time. I did it about 6 times and it got to the point that my fire attacks would do nothing against enemies on casual......
