I only got to the second page, but it's so funny who people hate.

Am I the only one that was more than slightly irritated with Merrill? She's so naive it's infuriating. She gets mad at you for denying any demon or blood magic. She's cute, yes, but has proved to be hard for me to romance. Isabela annoys me also... She doesn't have to be sooo stereotypically whorish.. Aveline is a killjoy... I guess I just don't like any of the females.. I don't hate any of them really.

I am surprised that people hate Fenris so much. I'm pretty much always pro-mage and I max out his friendship every time.

I actually don't think I dislike any of the companions...I don't really have that strong of feelings for any of them either way XD;
but I guess if I had to break it down.

1. Carver - I found him incredibly frustrating. The whole "Bawl I'm the LONE SWORD in a house of mages." and his accusations of YOU being selfish and not caring about the family...especially when he dared drag Bethany into the conversation. My Hawke ripped his head off for that one. I like him better when he goes the way of the Warden though and that he seems to chill some. I'd like to see more of him in DA3 regardless of my feelings.

2. Isabela- At first I was somewhat indifferent to her because I never got her approval up very high, but after having her around a bit more I really do like her! I almost romanced her if I wasn't on my way to getting into Choir Boy's pants.

3. Fenris- His hypocritical and contradictory behavior really frustrates me sometimes. This whole circle of violence with "Mages can't be free because they will enslave normal people." but that just creating more slavery and oppression out of fear and bleh. I hated that he hated mages so much, that was about it. As long as we didn't talk about mages I liked him just fine!

So honestly I don't think I have any companions I TRULY hate out of any of them.

oh crap.... Carver!! Yeah, he really whined too much.. Even more than Anders does. Letting him die in the Deep Roads was the best thing that happened to my party. He's even all self-righteous if you let him become a Warden. I just let him join the Templars which I still think is a super douche move (but so is letting him die in the Deep Roads, but you only know that if you're metagaming).

Well, most of the companions have so much emotional baggage, that I wish there was an option to just haul off and belt them at some point in the game. ( You don't know how much I enjoyed knocking Izzy out during her personal quest )

Well I haven't finished the game yet, but so far I can't stand Isabela, probably because to me she seems so sleazy and maneaterish, it bugs me. I'm hoping she'll redeem herself later on. I also don't particulary like Seb...spewing Chantry nonsense all the time >.>
I guess I don't hate Aveline, I just kinda forget about her, and don't have her in my party.

Sebastian. Hearing about how he's such a humble servant of the Maker grew old really fast and since there was little else to his character I just ended up not caring about him. Even in his own companion quest he wasn't that interesting. It reminded me exactly of Jacob's loyalty mission in ME2, as if he was just there to say things like "Oh my something terrible has happened here!" while the story takes a life of it's own rather than using that opportunity to develop him as a character or letting us learn more about him.

All the others I thought were great characters, even if they did drive me furious over and over again!
