Anders. Not only because he blew up a church, but also because he's such a hypocrite and a liar. I took him along (with Fenris) during Merrill's A New Path quest, and he was such a freaking jerk to just everyone there that he truly passed the dislike event horizon during only that quest. He yells at Merrill for being an "abomination" when he's even worse than she is, yells at Fenris for not unconditionally loving total mage freedom, and is perfectly OK with selling Fenris back into slavery. That's not Justice getting those friendship points, Anders genuinely supports slavery for people he doesn't like.

Sebastian would be my first say. But, New Anders, because Justice ****ed him all up. So.. as much as I loved Anders in DA:O-A, I'm not a fan of pissy Vengeance. But since he has a split personality, though oddly it's "one," I wouldn't say Anders, and I was okay with Justice, but "Vengeance" is a dick. XD
Oh yeah and cause she's a ****. .-.

Sebastian, enough so that I went out of my way to avoid meeting him on subsequent plays. It was mild indifference up until he decided to threaten raising an army to attack the city if Hawke didn't do what he wanted. By that point he'd been away from Starkhaven for at least seven years and announced that he didn't want to deal with being a prince anyway, so it sounded like a tantrum more than anything else. I was looking for the option to kill him then--regardless of what I decided about Anders--rather than risk his plan actually working somehow.

Merill. Because she is the stupidest blood mage I have ever seen.
I don't like Sebastian because he isn't finished person.

Yeah I was not happy with Anders at the end. He treated Merrill so mean, but I was in a relationship with Anders so it was like...well I don't agree with his attitude but I still love him so...yeah he's a jerk but I guess he's a jerk that loves me too

Anders by a landslide. Shame because I loved him in Awakening. Not only does his whole personality get lobomatized and he turns into a hypocritical terrorist but he actually makes me hate Hawke. I mean, it's obvious Anders is totally unstable and it's Ander's actions that bend Thedas, not Hawke's. Hawke just decides which side to back but the end result is the same, you fight the same groups, the same bosses - Meredith and Orsino, and all the circles are still lost regardless of what you do, because of Anders. Cassandra still calls Hawke a hero and thinks they are the only one that can unite the mages/templars either way.
I've never willingly lost a companion before but I gladly kill Anders every single time and if there's DLC I hope they don't recon it (again I guess but I never handed him over in Awakenings so no recon for me there, lol) so he'll be in it if you killed him. Omg, I even recruit Valenna for goodness sakes because she's there and can be a companion. Rarely use her in favor of Anders but I take her and keep her, lol.

Justice aka Vengeance.
As far as I am concerned Anders isn't in DA2.

Sebastian. The trailers made me like him because of his accent, but hypocritical fanaticism annoys me. I liked Anders until the end of my first playthrough, now I'm just ragey at him. I think he really misses his cat.

Merill. A spineless, whining, idiotic, wimp added to the game so all the boy players can feel manly in contrast to her.

Merril. Oh maaaaaaaan is she irritating... I would kill her if I could. Gahhh. Stupid dealing-with-demons-and-still-I-pretend-to-be-so-innocent. Hag.

Easily.
Fenris is growing on me, and I liked all the others.

Sebastian, then Isabela, and I'm rather ambivalent in regards to Fenris. The others are all wonderful, in my opinion.
Haven't had Bethany, yet, though.

I don't hate any of them. Anders treated me terribly, but I mostly feel sad about him. Like TeamLexana said, he made me dislike my own character. But he's essential to the story. Merrill did become pretty irritating, and I probably wouldn't try to win her over on a second go-round. I couldn't please Fenris no matter what I did, but I liked him as a character. Aveline was a little prickly to deal with, but I ended up liking her, and she stuck by me at the end and was amazing in battle (and if you hate freckles, you can kiss my ass). Varric was great, and Isabela was fun. I guess I'd choose Sebastian for being handsome and having a cute accent but being so annoyingly holy. Oh, Carver sucked, Yes, I choose Carver as most-disliked. Maybe he'll grow up in the next story.

I don't hate any of the companions. I disagreed with quite a few but they were still written well enough that I understood their pov even if I couldn't get behind it.

Fenris. I rarely ever took him out on missions. I just didn't care for him.
I'm also mixed on Merril. The rest seem fine.
I am also only a few hours into Act 3. So I may change my mind about either or all of them.

I think all the companions were all very well written. I think this this is the first time I haven't felt one was bland or uninteresting. I think the weakest is probably Sebastion who seems a touch boring, but I'll stick him in a party next time and see more of what he says.

Merrill. She can sit in her hovel for 6 years and like it. Or not. I don't care. She's Varric's problem, not mine!

Liked 'em all. A few I didn't like initially (Carver, Fenris and Isabela) actually became favorites by the end of the game.
Closest I get to dislike would be Anders, his constant SOCIAL JUSTICE crusade wore on me at times...but I imagine his betrayal wouldn't have hurt so much if I didn't like him at least a little, and boy did that sting.

I liked all the companions, but if I had to pick one, I'd say Sebastian irked me the most.
No one threatens my Hawke with an army and gets away with it.

I'm in the minority, but I did not like Merrill. Her awkwardness was funny and the dialog hilarious, but as the story progressed, I disliked her. Her refusal to listen to the Keeper and my Hawke about the foolishness of messing with that mirror led to the downfall of her clan. It killed Tamlen, why would she think any good could come of it?
That said, I disliked her from purely a RP standpoint. I loved all of the characters.
