Is there any way to permanently change the camera angle.  I am tired of locking at my feet.  I want to be able to see what is in front of me.

Every time I open a door, have a conversation, enter a fight or walk more than a few feet the camera automatically adjusts itself to a very high angle.  Great if you like staring at the floor.  I use the "End" key to adjust the viewpoint to a good angle, but withing seconds I am looking at the floor again.

Surely there is some way to permanently set the camera angle at a good angle!
