I've had EA fix a similar problem in the past, but for some reason they would not help me convert my purchase from PC status to PS3. So basically I have 4 DLC purchases that I cannont use (Golems of Amgarrak, Leliana's Song, Darkspawn Chronicles and Witch Hunt). The last time I needed something like this fixed it was done by EA without question and quickly.
Bioware in my experience has been very kind to their customers and has done a lot to resolve issues that have taken place. Can you help me out Bio-team?
