Bioware, please help with purchased DLC

I purchased some of the Dragon Age Origins DLC on my PC and unfortunately I needed it for my PS3.  I understand that I should have not purchased it for PC, but I was having a difficult time with the gift card purchase.  It was a bit of a nightmare.

I've had EA fix a similar problem in the past, but for some reason they would not help me convert my purchase from PC status to PS3.  So basically I have 4 DLC purchases that I cannont use (Golems of Amgarrak, Leliana's Song, Darkspawn Chronicles and Witch Hunt).  The last time I needed something like this fixed it was done by EA without question and quickly.

Bioware in my experience has been very kind to their customers and has done a lot to resolve issues that have taken place.  Can you help me out Bio-team?

You're in the wrong forum. The best place I can think of for help is Points.BioWare.com Help, but I think you're going to have to hound EA Support.

I'm confused as to how you managed to purchase the wrong content, though, as the PS3 DLC is handled through PSN and not this site.
