Anyone else have an issue where Sketch, at the end of "Sketchy on the Details" has an arrow over his head but he simply will not talk to you even though your quest log says "You took care of the foreign assassins"?

I'm not sure if this is a Mac specific issue or general bug, so I thought I'd post here first.
