This is a fairly simple question, but I had trouble finding a clear answer anywhere ... 

Can anyone tell me whether we get to choose skills and talents starting from level 1, or whether it's just the "free" ones you get and the first actual choice occurs at level 2 with a single talent (and possibly skill depending on class)?

In other words, will we have chosen three talents by the time we hit level 4, or just two?

I don't have an answer for you, but i did want to ask if you got to choose any skills/spells/talents when you used the character creator, i only got the ones the game picked for me...but i saw a character creation video on Youtube, where they did choose some right from the start, so i'm confused...

I believe the CC was locked so you could view the skills/ talents but you cannot choose, essentially so you could view them but not amend any choices.



I wonder how we will pick this up in the full game, I take it we will need to log into the full game using our accounts and I guess download the Charectors and before we start will have to pick our skills.



I could be wrong of course, but I am pretty sure I saw Mr priestly say on launch it locked us out before the skills.

Based off the character creation videos you get one preset talent/spell and two preset skills, in addition to two talents/spell points and one skill point to spend optionally. That's a total 3 skills and 3 talents/spells at level one.

Why would you need to download your characters? The CC saves them on your computer if your not online so I assume you can jsut load them up without connecting to the internet.
