Does she always run off to have sex with him during murder of crows or if youve romanced her all the way will she not go with him?

You can tell her not too... or join in if you're in a romance.

really? i never got any dialogue options all she said was , "what no sex?" and they ran off.

You have to be in a romance with her to tell her not to, I believe. I had the option to tell her not to.

freind romance or rivalmance? cause I had a bunch of choices. If you pick "What about me?" she/ll be like "Well of course you can come too!"

Yes you can tell her not to if you're in a romance, but be careful not to pick the other ambiguous option (think its "not interested") since Isabela takes that as a "Even though we're in a romance im perfectly fine with you having sex with other people in front of me".

Isabela is seriously messed up in her own cute little way.

well what i think it is is that i have romanced Merrill too, after her so i think that messed her relationship up.

So I have more rivalry then her and I finished Castillion's quest, I shagged her in Act 2, no achievement for romancing anyone, is there anything else I need to do to fully romance her?

Give her the Rivani Talisman in Act III. Kill Castion. And in Question Beliefs she admits that she's starting to fall for Hawke and asks if she has a chance at an exclusive relationship. Ask her not to run off. At the end of the game Hawke and and Isabela kiss, Achievement unlocked.

i fully friendship romanced her without giving the talisman and let her get her ship from castillon without killing him, so no need to reload

@ Bullets, Go to the docks at night and look for disused passage, There's gonna be a pot in there with the Talisman in it. It's an extra cutscene plus implied sex with Isabela. That's always a plus lol.

Oh well, Castillion couldn't be trusted so I we won't need to deal with him in DA3.

She doesn't run off if you let her keep the ship - she will even ask you to join her crew.

 I never had that option. She confessed her love during the last Questioning Beliefs quest, and yet then went to sleep with him. I was SO SUPER PISSED. I went to Merril instead.

Programming issues I suppose. I will replay and I will never bring her to the Murder of Crows again.

I've hit the same problem on my second playthrough, except that I haven't done anything different from the first time around, and yet I just didn't get the dialogue option this time.

I did sleep with Merrill without starting a relationship during Act 2, so all I can think is that the timing was different and something screwed up.
