Some summons are immune to charm, specifically skeletons and ogres. Hasted skeletons will make short work of sirens. Some items offer immunity to mind spells/abilities, for instance the amulet that you can buy in Ulgoth's Beard. (En)rage also offers immunity. Minsc too is immunte to charm when using his berserk abilty.
Or you can use AOE spells to take them down from afar.

If you cast Protection from Evil, this will mean that, whilst you can still technically be charmed, it won't take effect until the PfE wears off (which it might not do before the charm wears off). If you have a Palladin in your party, s/he can make Sirene combat easy.
Personally, I prefer just to interrupt all their spells with arrows, though it's a bit riskier.

Bwahaha, i have to see this glitch, would casting PFE on the charmed person cancel it at all?
Did anyone forget sirins use poisoned arrows sometimes O_O

It's not really a glitch - PfE prevents hostile forces from taking control of your mind. However, it doesn't prevent the actual spell. So, if PfE wears off before the spell, it should still take hold (never seen this happen, though, that I can remember). I don't think PfE will remove an existing charm effect, though. Can't remember.

I just beat the sirens recently with my level 3-4 party.
It was just a matter of pounding them just after they start casting, magic missiles help if shot quickly.
If someone is dire charmed i just stun 'em, kill the siren and run away.
Or just plainly run away.
Don't get a boots of speed Kagain on your bad side XD
PS: It was funny since dynaheir got charmed, being my only good party membet

Sirens get quite easily silenced. Scout ahead with a thief to pinpoint them. Place a silence spell at the right position at the start of combat. You will only have to target the one(s) that are not silenced with arrows and magic missiles to disrupt the casting.
As a precaution measure, I make 'space for maneuvre' by removing the fog of war and all hobgoblins and wolves I might run into to, to have some room for running around if one of my party gets charmed (and with SCS, it's usually the hardest-hitting fighter in my party that gets charmed). Once I can afford it, I buy the helmet of charm protection from Feldepost and give it to the one that's likely to be charmed (Minsc and Kagain are the ones that get targeted most).

This must be a mod-added item.
You can buy greenstone amulets in the nashkel carnival magic store or ulgoth's beard inn, though.

It's been a long, loooong time since I played BG, but one method I used was to Charm my party members back after they got Charmed in the first place. I kept 1 Charm Person/Charm Monster memorised on my PC wizard specifically for this purpose.
