i have BE installed and i got the mail that its there ingame but when i try to go there the game crashes to desktop this is the only time the game crashes for me and i would really love to have access to it so any help would be very much appreciated

Odds are/were a corrupt file on the dlc, most commonly caused by a bad download. Suggestion is to redownload using Google Chrome browser, no acceleration and no add-ons. Have a decent network/internet connection and clear all files off your computer of the dlc and clear cache. Redownload and install and try again.
