New Error trying to buy BW points

I have yet (in about a year of trying, including going through EA's customer service which I can only describe as absolutely hideous) to be able to buy Bioware points.

Today, however, I have a new error that I'm hoping is vaguely fixable and someone may have a clue?

Going to points.bioware.com from my page I now get the following error:

"It appears as you have more than one accounts for this currency. Remove one and try again."

So far as I know, I only have one account with bioware, so I am very confused!
