I'm not sure how to explain this issue.  when i move my character using only the keyboard, there is a shuddering of the screen, like you'd get with really low framerate, sort of. 

this goes away when i either hold the right mouse button down to move the camera, or both buttons to move by mouse.  only happenms when using the keyboard by itself. 

frame rate remains solid so aint that. 

anyone else experienced anything like this?

ignore me, have now seen many people are having this.
