I dont get what you're trying to asking with the 3 2-handed weapons in the first sentence.
which trailer? the one in the Destiny trailer (which I'm sure is the trailer you're referring to) is one of the mage staff you get in Act 3. He's wearing mage's Champion armor there. So what you're asking should be the bassrath kata in staff form instead of sword, yeah?

They are swords, and the trailer wepaon is a staff called the staff of parlathan.
