My second playthrough this time as a Mage and I've found three parts of the Overseer's Armor in the same locations I found the Stonehammer Set for my Warrior. However unlike the warriors set, the chest piece is not available from any of the vendors in Act III. Can someone tell me where I can find the chest piece? Thanks.

I'm working on that set as well.
From what I've read, it's either at the top of Sundermount or obtained during Merrill's quest during Act III.

I found it at the top of Sundermount during Merrill's last quest, inside a grave.
