Can this be done? I haven't bothered trying to dig through any game files, or edit any game save data. I am not a modder by any stretch of the imagination. Was just wondering if this could be done. If I started as a rogue, and wanted to switch to a mage. Any info is welcome. Thanks

You can but it will really screw up your NPC dialogue with sister/brother. In fact if you switch classes from warrior/rogue to mage after Bethany survived - and before you finish your first year in Kirkwall the game breaks and you cannot progress forward because the conversation you suppose to have with your brother/sister where you meet Verric doesn't start - because the correct sibling is not present.
Eg. Things like that.
But you can do it wht the runscript chargen rogue/warrior/mage [level]
E.g runscript chargen warrior 1
will recreate you as a level 1 warrior and destroy everything in inventory and equipment. not sure if it destroys all plotitems as well, but I doubt it.
