[Lost Cipher]

There is something wrong with my shadows on my PC, and yes Dynamic shadows is on. Note: This also happens on my copy of Mass Effect for the PC as well.

Its as if the shadows have been made plus size, with big head mode on:

Please does anyone know how to fix this issue on the Computer? Devs? Anyone?

I know the 360 doesn't have this issue, so its quite embarassing when a Computer does:
