I just replayed DAO (I've played it more than 10 times, less than 20 if you count playing all the origins - finished it about 10 times) and what a treat it was to get to near end game and realize there was something I'd never done (fought my way out of Fort Drakon - I usually fight Ser Cauthrien).
DA2 - played it twice, started a third time but I feel I've done everything except all love interests. I might start a new game to do Legacy - but I'm on the fence about it.

DAO: Many, many times. Only a select few of my wardens did I finish their story.
DA2: Only completed 2 of their stories. One mage that sided with the mages and kept Anders alive to bring the wrath of Sebastian's army, and one warrior who sided with the Templars and did not help with Anders plan to begin with, and killed him either way. And got bored after that.

I enjoyed DA2 at face value, and not to the heart of it. And DAO, is the opposite. I like DAO more than DA2, but, I like the battle mechanics of DA2 more.

Why not have DA3 have both DA2's core mechanics in battle and skill tree, and DAO's charm and story telling? I'd enjoy the game more then.

DAO: 5 complete playthroughs
DAA: 1 complete playthrough; 1 abandoned
DA2: 9 complete playthroughs; 1 partial
DA2 Legacy: 2 complete playthroughs, 1 partial

For me, DA2 has a much better replay value, but like furry 4-legged children, I love all of them equally.  <3

I think a dev recently said this is what they were going for in the future and was something they explored more in Legacy. It's kinda hard to put your finger on what it is but Legacy just feels a bit closer to Origins in that sense.

Didn't replay DAO - the story was perfect by being imperfect, replaying might ruin that. I did do a technical replay, just to see the story once more - but every choice was exactly the same,

DA2 I replayed once because my playthough 1 ended up in a bugged romance. Made more or less the same choices, but wasn't nearly as religious about it as with DAO, because I didn't feel very attached to Hawke or the DA2 story at all.

DAO: on 4th playthrough, 3 more to do(based on origins and gender, minus a male mage)
DA2: 6 times(because of a more interesting gameplay ill play genders and weapon type)

though these may increase just for kicks and giggles

DA:O -  About 6 or 7 complete playthroughs.(a few I had to delete due to memory) 4 incomplete playthroughs.
              Awakening - 2 complete playthroughs.
All other DLC - 1 complete playthrough on each.

DAII - 3 complete playthroughs.2 incomplete.
            Legacy - 2 complete playthroughs.

So far, DA:O wins for replayability.

DA:O - 2 1/2 plus each of the hour or so long origin stories. I am lucky to find 5-10 hours a week for video games. It took me 2 straight months for a single playthrough. Which is why I have a warden sitting in camp having only finished redcliff, the circle and urn quests. I got burnt out and never went back.

DA2 - Working on a 5th to complete all the classes. So far I've had at least one new thing happen in each playthrough. Not bad when you can still be surprised after so many playthroughs.

DA:O - twice
DA2 - twice

And I anticipate that I'll do a third run of each in the months leading up to DA3, whenever that may be.

DAO: 2, started seven, but most characters died in the deep roads.
DAA: 1
DA2: completed 4, have three more running.

I'm having a hard time even completing one playthrough of DA2.
I honestly can't seem to get interested in DA2 at all.

Oh this, I haven't answered yet I think?
DA:O I think seven complete playthroughs, one WIP.
DA2: One complete, one that I'm not going to finish somewhere in the middle of act2. No more coming.

Given that I had two years to play DAO, it's kinda skewed. But here we go:

DAO: 20 times. Not all of them are finished up to Witch Hunt however. (1 Warden in the works atm, my Dwarf noble, Livia)
DAII: 9 playthroughs. (I have three Hawkes in the works atm)
Legacy DLC: 4 times.

Origins: I honestly don't even know how many times I've finished the game, a lot is all I can say. I have 5 characters that have finished everything, Awakenings and all the DLC aside from darkspawn chronicles.

DA2: One full play through, and one stuck at the start of the 3rd Act. I've played Legacy with both characters.

DAO: 7-8 times. Awakening: 4 times
DA2: one time and most likely never again.

I've had to replay DA2 three times to achieve the enjoyment of playing DA:O one time.
But it is also easier to replay DA2 because of it's shorter overall game length and quick loading time.

I've replayed DA:O 2.5 times. (too busy modding so I might not be a good example) :D

DAO- 12 times complete.
DAA-4 times complete with imports from DAO and twice with Orlesian wardens
DA2-4 times. It's just not as engaging as its predecessor. Plus being Leliana fan I am not at all pleased with what the writers did to her character. I have 2 imcomplete plays that ended when the disc was thrown against the wall when I saw her.

You know, an interesting thing happened. Before DA2 came out, I only had two complete playthroughs of Origins (including Awakening). And I'd started another but had left it on the shelf. The idea of having to go through areas like the Deep Roads again was not exciting to me after I'd done it a couple of times.

Then I played DA2 once, and then a second time. Then I decided I might as well finish my third Origins playthrough to import into my third DA2 playthrough. It was kind of a chore.  I ultimately decided to do six playthroughs of DA2, three for each gender with the different dominant tones, among the other considerations. But I also decided that I wasn't happy using any kind of default import history. I wanted every DA2 to follow from an Origins reality that I actually created. So I played through Origins a fourth time, and I actually spent more time on it than on my third. As it stands now, I've played Origins four times, DA2 three. But I'll wind up having six full playthroughs of each.

I think DA2 is more replayable in a lot of ways, even though I don't think it has as many obvious places to alter the story. But I find that I really like the voiced protagonist and the dominant tone system overall, and when combined with different love interests, genders, views on magic, and possibilities for your sibling, I was really looking forward to playing through several more times. Oh, and as DahliaLynn noted, I do think it's easier to replay DA2 due to it's shorter overall length -- or perhaps more importantly, it's shorter individual segments.

In my case it was more or less the same with both games. I played DA:O twice in succession, started the third run, then met the toolset. DA2 I played twice in succession, wanted to do a third run, then met Mass Effect. :)

DAO: 34 times
Awakening: 26 times (took me a while to buy Awakening and other things)
DA2: 10 times

I can replay DA2, but every time I do it's like a knife to the heart. but I have to if I want my Hawke fanfic to be any good.

I've finished Origins at least four or five times and have countless other playthroughs I haven't completed.

I've only finished DAII once, but I have quite a few unfinished playthroughs. I don't know how many times I'll finish DAII, but it will be many.

Now that I think about it though, I do miss Allistair...

I've played through, and enjoyed, DA:O 5 times but failed to make it past the end of act 1 before consigning DA2 to the dustbin.
