DAO: Can't recall how many times. Suffice to say it was a lot.
DA2: Same as DAO.

I'd say DAO has more replaybility but then I think about the deep roads and ostagar and wanna cry.

Not that DA2's act 1 is much better.

I do have to say DAO has more replaybility. I'm discovering so many NPCs to just *talk* to in DAO. Not about quests but just to talk to them. There's a severe lack of that in DA2 and I didn't realize how much I missed it until I got back into DAO.

DA:O -5 times
DA2 -1 completed playthrough, attempted a second one but it was so bad with the enemy waves and I knew that i'd the ending would mostly be the same, so i stopped in act 1.

DA:O - About to finish up my 2nd Warden, in order to have some different choices to load into DA2. Planning to let the game rest after that for a year or so before I play it again (if I do).

DA2 - Played it twice, would have played it a 3d time right away if I hadn't decided that I wanted a mage Warden for my upcoming Mage Hawke. I also have 2-3 more replays planned that I'm itching to do as well.

I finished DAO seven times (and Awakening five times.) Once with each origin, plus I ran my human noble through again because that was my first play through and I messed up some things and didn't finish all the quests I wanted to.

So far, I've been through DA2 four times. Planning at least two more runs, maybe three if I feel there's still enough new content I haven't seen. (And after four runs, there's still quite a lot. I haven't even played all the romances yet! Or made Carver into a Grey Warden. Or accepted Dougal's money.)

So I think I'll have played them about the same number of times when DA3 rolls around.

I played DA:O 3 times, and I'm not someone who plays through games multiple times. I'm usually a one and done guy....

I've started 1 play through of DA2. I can't seem to work up any I interest in DA2 at all. Maybe some day I'll just slog my way through finishing DA2. Maybe not. Waste of money and time IMO....

In terms of complete playthroughs:

DAO - 1
DA2 - 5

DAO is just very slow for me, though it does pick up a bit once you get out of Lothering (finally, variety!), while I can easily blitz through no problemo to see how romances work and how the relationships with characters may work out in DA2. The whole not having to clean out my inventory so much, shorter dungeons, constantly updating companions' armor and the ability to X through convos without accidentally picking the wrong dialogue choice (I hope they put this feature in ME3), probably helps, too. Not saying those are good things, just that that's why it's easier to replay if they aren't the actual "canon" (ready for DA3 import) play.

That said, once I've finished my last 2 Shepards, I'm going to get started on Dragon Age, so you can add 6 playthroughs to DAO (a playthrough for every origin including both mages) and 9 to DA2 (a Hawke for every warden plus the three preset backgrounds).

I have (planned) 7 Wardens exploring the different origins each with their own personalities (completed 2 broody-Mahariel and optimistic-Surana, next up man-***** Cousland, sleeping his way through Thedas!).
I have (planned) 4 Hawkes; sarcastic Mage/diplomatic Archer/aggressive Warrior and the last one I'm only doing to try out the elf mod (only have the sarcastic mage completed). So without the fan community I'd only have 3 DA2 playthroughs to DAO's possible 7.
I find the voiced protagonist and the single background, not to mention the in built personality, limit the number of characters I can convincingly make, which is where re-playability comes into it for me.

I've played through Origins many, many times.

It was actually painful to try and play Dragon Age 2 a second time.

I played through Origins twice, some months apart, though I did play most of the origin stories as well. I only replayed it the second time because I got Awakenings and the various DLC and my original game save was messed up. I just don't feel like anything is different replaying the game once you get out of the origins.

I played DA2 three times: twice when it came out and once just recently since Legacy came out. Making different decisions and adopting different dominant personalities actually felt like it changed the game. Not drastically, but enough that I was sometimes seeing new things and getting a few different quests.

Da2 was more replayable for me as origins had long missions and if i didnt like a mission E.G Deep roads... i would have to spend longer... i also fell in love with DA2 charactors more then Origins... it just seemed for personal to me..

but thats just in my opinion

DA:O 2x, working on archer
DA:2 1x, second playthrough is in Act III right now.

I take my time with games and alternate between playing them. So splitting time with DA and other games at the moment. I enjoy both titles for different reasons.

Will likely complete both DA titles a few more times before DA:3 comes out. If 3 manages to combine both the atmosphere of Origins and keep the more responsive combat of 2, I'll be very happy.

DA:O - completed >6 The game is longer, but mods helped keep it interesting.
DA:A - completed 3 Would have been more, but I decided to return to BG2 modding for a while, so other priorities, blah, blah, blah
DA2 - completed 4-5 and unless there's a toolset, my current playthrough will probably be my last, assuming that I finish it. Starting to get fired up about returning to modding again.

Not counting restarts cause i hated my charecter half way thru both games
Origins: 8+
DA2: 4

DA2 is easiar to play thru as it's mission lengths are more consistantly brief and all follow the "go here, oh wait the
1:hostage
2:item
3:princess
4:whatever

is in another

1: cave
2: warehouse
3: castle
4: who cares

Wherein origins missions at this point are tests of boredom endurance from the kukari wilds-Ostagar-Lothering phase then the individual ones just being so mind numbingly overplayed or justifications for suicide (looking at you circle of magi!)

DAO: Countless.

DA2: 4

1. Completely Mediocre experience
2. Bad Experience
3. Me just desperately trying to like the game, and a horrible experience
4. my very last attempt to like it, and even though i have never experienced such a thing(i think i wouldn't be alive), i'm pretty sure it comes close to something like having a (active)chainsaw in your balls, it was that bad.

DAO: 4 Complete runs, countless part-runs (3 of which were basically end-game, so I guess 7).
DA2: 2, working on 3.

Thing is, a lot of that has to do with mods. The *only* reason I kept playing DAO was because I had about 6 tons of mods that kept it interesting. There's also the issue that when I was playing DAO I was basically unemployed for a significant period. Since DA2 was released I've started my graduate studies and therefore don't have much free time. I actually prefer DA2s plot and characterisation quite considerably, its simply elements like the re-used areas and the lack of mods and time.

DAO has good replayability because there may be missions youve missed on multiple playthroughs or you want to get a different ending simple wether your a city elf or whatever origin you come from changes very little in gameplay so cant really be seen as replayability and parts like the deep roads and ostagar are a huge bore to do over and over which reduces the replayability to me.

DA2 has the same if not more replayability if your a mage it gives you different dialogue choices from if you were a rogue or warrior some missions are easily missed because they have to be activated by achieving certain things in the game making you want to make another save to try and retrieve what you missed all this increases replayability.recycled maps can be annoying when playing through and kill some of the adventure in the game this reduces replayability for me.

so for me they are both amazing games that both have flaws i have had lots of playthroughs on both games because of there replayability and because they never get boring to me these are both great games in my eyes.
