So I just romanced Merrill, is it possible to romance Isabela?

I've heard its possible to full romance Merril and have Isabella ask Hawke and Merril to go off into the sunset with her on her ship. IDK that it requires or allows full romance with Isabella simultaneously though.

Everytime I tried they would make a remark saying..well Anders wouldn't like it..but I should watch out for him. If I can make a perfect harmony among all, I'd be up for it.

I had both Anders and Fenris turning up at my house on the same evening ^^

I don't know if you would be able to sleep with another character after sleeping with someone else before breaking up with them thought like you had to in origins...

On my first play through I originally slept with Isabella, then I married Merrill and left with Isabella on her pirate ship leaving Merrill behind.
Second play through I stuck with Isabella but it said that she visited me rather than left on her ship.
My advice, play a rogue, get errbody pregnant.

Tried to focus on Isabella, had one roll in the hay with her, Then one day went to the mansion, and a scene with Merrill, then before I knew it, she had moved in, uhm, wtf? Now sometime later, back at the mansion Merrill and Isabella in same room, Isabella with a quest mark over her head.

Assumed a cat fight would happen, but no... Ever since Isabella been standing at the desk with a quest mark over hear head when go go back to the mansion, and Merrill one stairs up.

Of course towards end of the game, now varric taken up residence as well... but not say anything. Maybe he just like to watch....

End of game was kiss with Merrill, with Isabella watching rather rude, then end of story is Hawke set sail with Isabella and the rest run for the hills.

Im sure there is a gltich or two in all of this, lol

You can conceivably sleep with all four companions in one play through. You just have to break their hearts after you sleep with them. Also, if you ask Anders or Merril to move in that cuts off any flirt dialog with other characters.

I romanced Isabella, then switched to Merril when Isabella (after confessing her love for me) decided to bone someone else in front of me (no spoiler, but see Murder of Crows). In the end I got Merril's kiss, yet in the epilogue Varric said Isabella is the one who stood by me.

No asked Merril to move in, she just does. Lesson to be learned, don't have sex with Merril she is clingy.

I had the epilogue state that Isabella was the only one of the six who stuck by the Champion after they all one by one left her side....despite the fact that Isabella had vanished at the end of Act II, never to be seen again.  (I just mentally substituted "Merrill" in that sentance, since that's who I had been romancing.)

You can romance Isabela then Merrill, but not the other way round. Sleeping with Merrill will end Isabela's romance even if you tell Merrill that it was just a one-time thing.
