I'm on NG+ and have NOT had any problems with freezing on this playthrough until now.  I'm at the part where you go through the omega relay.  EDI says "Brace for deceleration," and the game blacks out and freezes.  It's happened in the same spot consistantly for the past five times...at least.  Sometimes I get a little bit into the cutscene.  But then it still freezes and the video gets all messed up.

I've tried reinstalling w/o the patch, redownloading the patch, turning off the autosave, turning off film grain.  Nothing.  I can handle the random freezes (during my first playthrough), or the out of sync dialogue.  But I'm at my wits end here...especially since its during one of the most exciting parts of the game. 

Just wondering if anyone else has had this particular problem when going through the omega relay.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks
