Dragon Age: When Your Decisions Don't Change Anything

Then if that wasn't bad enough Lelianna is the second in command at the Chantry at the end of Dragon Age 2. I left her at Lothering! She begged me to become a Grey Warden and I kept having to tell her to **** off. I remember this clearly because she made such a big deal out of it. Now she's in charge of the ultimate bad guys?! I'm glad I left her annoying ass back in Lothering, if only she'd stayed there instead of becoming everything my Dragon Age characters are against. I hope I can finally kill her in Dragon Age 3 although that won't matter considering Zevran is still alive somehow.
What's next Bioware? Sten is going to kill my Dragon Age 3 character in their sleep even though I left him to rot in a cage next to Lelianna? Is Loghain going to come back from the dead and be king instead of Alistair in Dragon Age 3? Is my Dragon Age Origins character going to be dead and his baby with Morrigan going to be nonexsistant? How could you **** up this badly Bioware? You've made it so our choices are meaningless in Dragon Age.

Zevran only appeared to be dead... he actually dragged himself to the nearest city and was healed.

What about Leliana? Why can't I kill her to make things right in Dragon Age 2?
Well... You killed her next to the local equivalent of Holy Grail with near impossible healing capabilities. So I think it's actualy plausable for her to survive.

Leliana escaped, and made up a story about how she knew the Warden.

Apparently everyone in DA world can survive after having their throats slit.

Tainted according to some random non-mage cultist who may not know ****. Also, the mountain is apparently uber lyrium filled as well. Then there's the immortal guardian. And she stands up all the time after being beaten in combat as a CC. There are so many ways to explain her survival there that its not even worth complaining about.

She was ressurected by the Bioware God. They're like the Qun. They demand, you obey! Death is no excuse

She wasn't in Amarantine for the reason she said. She was spying on you. She was the head conspiracer. That quest she sends you on is merely a distraction to get into the keep. She's why the warden is "missing"

Wynne would probably revive Leliana, but I am not so sure about Zevran.
Zevran's sexy broke the game(in more ways than one) and forced it to put him back in.
My signature edition was too strong for him though.

I think it's save to say that Hawke isn't a bloodmage. The skill tree is just in the game for the 'awesome'.Kilshrek wrote...
Isn't it more jarring that you can be a blood mage with absolutely no repercussions? Nobody yells at you, Meredith doesn't clamp down on you or anything like that?

Seems like a pretty useless skill tree, what with the end game and the sheer number of demons and undead you face.
But then you can also pick the Templar spec as a warrior and Anders/Bethany/Merrill don't say a thing, not one word. It's disappointing, to not hit controversy especially considering the role of blood magic and templars in the game. All the benefits and none of the drawbacks.

what you did wasnt the real history, you was playing an alternative history.
assuming your serious. That's a BS excuse and defense. If we were playing an alternate history FINE. But do NOT let us import our saves/decisions if you're going to just ignore what you feel like. Yes, with imported saves/choices from previous games it is ALL or NOTHING. Either our changes actually change what is going on or don't bother with it. BioWare spews how great their games are because of choice. But that choice is a sham when you pull crap like this. False advertising.
and if you're not serious. move along.
