I am on my second dragon age 2 playthrough and with this playthrough I am trophy running. I am trying to get the trophy for none of your squad to be knocked unconscious during a full year in kirkwall. I have done just this. However, as I also noticed on my first playthrough, my companions and Hawke recieve injuries on occasion when they have NOT been knocked out.
This has happened 3 times on my current playthrough. I haven't finished the full year yet. When I do, I will tell you if I recieved the trophy or not
Oh no, a trophy killing injury! Oh wait, I didn't die..

This happened to me too. At first I thought maybe it just happened so fast that I didn't realize it. But now that I think about it, I'm SURE I didn't die.

You'll get it. I did and I received two injuries from what I guess was traps I didn't disarm in time. As long as none of your characters KO by their health being depleted, you should get it.
