i signed in today to see items in my shopping cart i never ordered and a reuqest for my credit card infformation. my responce is of course the classy WTF?. i figured, no prob! bioware makes some great games, im sure they already have a contact us system in place! after 20 minutes of searching the site ( really? it takes an average user 20 minutes to locate a contact us?) i find a page saying you can contact the developers! so i click away! it takes me to another page that says try these links first and if it doesnt work then please this form!.....only problem is that the form is not their. so effectively if i have a problem with my account. theire is no proper way to fix the problem or remove the item from the shopping cart ( that button is also missing). i dont want to sound rude.... but this situation gives the direct message of we want your money and if your stupid you would have paid already.


and the ea forums  that field questions are just as embarasing, it takes on average 3 sign in before you get to the questions section.


is it really  too hard to have a contact us button in the right hand corner of the site with a text field attached to it? i know some companies prefer leaving customers confused and alittle disorderly, but this system is just ridiculous. bioware really needs to fix this stuff........
