I get these errors when my information is uploaded

1004 - No story xml file uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.
1002 - No avatar image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.
1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

I looked in my Character save folder and all the neccassry files are there ready to upload but they won't? I have my upload in game progress activated in game as well and I am logged in to the servers.

It also says that I have 75 files when 50 files are only allowed... I've deleted almost everything since all those characters I had before are all gone because they were on a previous PC... Not sure what's going on I also deleted all my old screenshots.

If you deleted them all, try logging in to hte server in the game. Should upload. It probably will take a few hours or so for it to be effective on the site. Maybe even a day. So much traffic.

So start the game. Log in. Load your dude. Play for a litlte. Save. Tomorrow check it out and see if it's up there.

Tried that it's still not working.

Everything is being uploaded but screenshots, story, and avatar of my characters. In my diagnostics area of my profile it gives me those errors and I can't find an solutions anywhere in the FAQ;.

I even started a new game in The Witch Hunt, I have a new character now and it won't upload the story or avatar for that either.

Did you delete your characters off this site via the manage character page thus get under the 50 file limit and those characters off your computer? Should do both.

I deleted everything, yet it's still saying I have 70 files when I'm only allowed 50... It also says I'm only using 25mb out of 100.

I suppose I could try again..

I deleted everything in my Origins online storage, I don't know why it's not working and saying I have all this space used when I don't. Unless it's refering to DA2 space, is there anyway to delete that info?

I doubt it'd be looking at DA2. I would think the storage was different. Check your DA2 page and see if it says teh same number of files and all.

Otherwise, I'm at a loss. This really doesn't make much sense unless that stat is lagging. It took three days for my last character to show up on the site.

I backed up my saved game, deleted the entire DA:O folder, uninstalled the game, deleted all my content online and now I'm reinstalling everything.

Hopefully that will work, will repost here in a little bit still downloading all my DLC.

Still not working, reinstalled, deleted all my online storage, deleted my entire bioware folder, and cleaned the DA registry

Bah the FAQ doesn't tell me what those Error codes mean... It's annoying as hell, can anyone see my characters Avatar, and Story?

Is it possible to remove my registration and start a new account and register my game with that?
